Hello my name is Vanessa Marin, I am 19 years old and I’m from Venezuela, Margarita Island.

Fashion 8 stars is the named in honor of the eight stars of our flag. My idea of how I can contribute to global innovation of my country goes far beyond a single event or brand in the fashion industry. Venezuela has long been a country severely criticized for its political system and that has led to the rest of the world see us as a country in decline overall but we offer an unique culture, beautiful landscapes that are world renowned, beautiful women, unique cuisine and music of our own country.

We also have people very hospitable and friendly, dedicated and hardworking people, fighters and followers of dreams. People who care for others regardless of race, social or cultural level, people you can trust and above all people you can count on. The Venezuelans have much to offer but our bad reputation has made it everywhere we go we are treated with disdain. For this I wanted to create an event where he could give to show that part of the political problems that we can present, Venezuelans have vision and creativity when developing forward to speak. 8 stars a fashion worldwide, a fashion show to be held in different countries with potential scenarios fashion totally inspired in the landscapes of Venezuela, Venezuelan designers accompanied by senior students of the career of fashion design, Venezuelan models, music of the Venezuela Symphony Orchestra to interpret songs of my own country as “Caballo Viejo” by Simón Díaz adapted to techno music and cuisine of Mantua.

The idea of this show is to present a scenario where a map of Venezuela and staging with high quality technological resources as videomapping, an event that will project the other side of Venezuela that many do not know. Also look in any way a help to solve our problems. A partnership with UNICEF to conduct lectures to raise awareness of the prevention of violence that has my country, for this will be the proceeds of the parade. On the other hand will have innovative designs inspired by the Venezuelan culture to promote well as marketing of fashion in Venezuela in the world to the same political situation has become a matter of little importance and our artists do not continue loosing hope innovate the world of fashion.

Mantuan cuisine for all viewers of this great night and a totally inspired by our landscapes to well boost tourism in our country because we have enough natural resources to attract tourists from around the world. The idea is to show my country has never been shown for the world to realize that not only are we a country with political problems and insecurity and to put aside the bad reputation these problems we have created. A night where spectators will travel to Venezuela virtually living experience created by Venezuelans never before and on completion of the parade just stay the desire to come to know my country. In the images can be displayed a little when I refer to the beautiful natural landscapes with which we will be part of this parade and the scenario that I created for this great event.
