“New Breath from Istanbul” event is an international exhibition and auction event inspired from Istanbul! Istanbul is accepted as Capital of Culture from European Union during 2010 that’s why the inspiration come from this amazing city! The city where I was born and I am stil living…

It’s a international event which will happen in 21 different location such as Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America- and the last stop Turkey! The complete event course duration is 1 year.

As my inspiration is MY CITY – ISTANBUL- I would like to promote the most important specialities of my city. In an unusual way… I will focus on people life… Fashion is life! Health is the most important fortune in our life! I inspired from Istanbul history and culture but I would like to call attention to the people health. So I decide to create a fashion event as a civil society initiative.

I plan to show a high end jewellery collection inspired from Istanbul culture and history but I plan to show also another approach for health tourism of Istanbul. An international medical center located in Istanbul called

Anadolu Medical Center which aims to provide all the essential health services required through a life time, all united, from hospital services to healthy life and rehabilitation center, from nursing home to hospice, from college of nursing to a research laboratory. This center is working in a strategic partnership with Johns Hopkins Medicine, which recently topped US News & World Report’s “Honor Roll” of American Hospitals for the 18 th consecutive year, The Anadolu Foundation has established a state-of-the art hospital in Istanbul with international recognition- Anadolu Medical Center. What a nice cooperation… People should be informed such important cases!

I aim to introduce Istanbul with 21 international artistic fashion event within Istanbul 2010 Capital of Culture projects. And also I plan to donate Anadolu Medical Center in affiliation with John Hopkins Medicine with this fashion event. By this way my event will promote our health tourism. So it is not just an artistic fashion event but also an important charity project which promote our tourism too… I’ll not only introduce Istanbul just to the invited guests but with the advertising strategy I plan to reach potentially 3,588,612,242 people!

I will create a high end jewellery collection inspired from Istanbul culture and historical places. During the exhibition in Hilton Hotels, special guests invited from Turkish Embassies protocol lists will see jewels and then the auction wil begin. In the end of the event i’ll donate %50 of the sales to the John Hopkins Medicine under name of “The New Breath Fund”.

I’ll show the international power of fashion. I’ll introduce cultural and historical places of Istanbul all around the world! So this fashion event will highlight the richness and diversity of our cultures. This event will boost tourism. I’ll bring people from different countries who works for health sector into contact with each other. So I will help to create stronger bridges for health tourism.

At least the most important thing : I will bring “New Breath” to the Anadolu Medical Center patients with the “New Breath Fund” donation…
