Project Title: Ecological Footprint
Selected for Scholarships 2009-10, Master of Brand Management and Advertising Communication, School of Communication, IED Milano

The Evolution is mostly connected with the belief  that the technology will improve people’s lifes. But this progress, this growing power of technology and the aim to gain more and more material wealth leaded to head longing changing of the world and indiscriminately pillaging of its resources. The aim of this project is to communicate the important message of Sustainability. The main purpose of these posters is to bring basic environmental awareness and a sense of personal environmental responsibility. It is the human action what is threatening the life on Earth. It is the indiscriminate consumption of the Earth resources that brought this huge environmental problems what we have nowadays.

With those posters I am hoping to reach the public and to make people aware that they must change their values and lifestyles and no longer degrade and destroys the planet.

As individuals and as a society we need to make fundamental changes in both our attitude to and understanding of the reality. We need to have entirely new worldview-whether such a radical shift in the way we think about ourselves and the environment. We as humans must recognize that we are part of nature, not distinct or separate from it. Our individual responsibility for the environment is the first step to the planet’s sustainability.
