The construction of a nuclear reactor by Russia in Hungary At the country’s nuclear power facility, the Hungarian government has approved the construction licenses for two additional reactors. Reports that were published in other countries’ media indicate that Russia and Hungary agreed in 2014 to collaborate on the construction of nuclear reactors. From the nuclear reactors that were built in Russia, Hungary plans to extract a total of 2,400 megawatts of usable power.
